Do you know where to get a good drill bit for granite?
I tried this carbide tip drill bit from Home Depot and it got only 1/4" deep after 5 minutes. Maybe a specialty store for diamond drill bits or something??
Considering that Granite is the "hardest" species of ROCK on the planet, used in construction at least, YES a Diamond bit would be best, but you should still buy spares.
No offense to you or anyone else who answers but even WOOD can dull a "carbide" bit.
